Lighting issues

Hi everyone
How can I increase the lighting intensity in my Ertiga diesel 2017 model. Is replacing existing fog lamps with projector lamps legal? What power of lamps will be best for headlamps and fog lamps.

It's intensity was not that great since from the beginning but now it's high time for some urgent upgradation. On some research I found that the LED lamps are not so good during foggy winters, now I'm left with halogens with higher quality, secondly I want to replace my fog lamps with projector ones but that's too expensive. So is it ok to replace it with LED lamps with relay.
I need correct information on this with some brands and exact specifications for headlamps and fog lamps.

Why not LED? All modern cars are equipped with LED’s.

Install LED for main and have the fog lamps changed to yellow.
