Shanti Guest House would be open. For list of more, you will need to wait a while. I will be in Leh towards the end of next month, I will check back and see how many hotels are staying open this time around.

I have stayed in hotel named anshah near market. When you are with friends it is good and we have payed only 400 for 3 persons. Now renovation ia going on.
