Looking for homestay in Dehradun

Could anyone guide me to find an economical homestay in Dehradun? I intend on staying 3-4 weeks during end of october to mid november.

And I am looking for a hotel for a single night stay in DDN.
it should be clean but inexpensive .
And close to the station as I have a train at 5 am.

I know only one hotel, that we had stayed in a few years ago. Very nice indeed.

We had paid 1200/- for a deluxe room and our experience was very satisfactory for the one night that we stayed there.
