Looking for Snow in the First Week of December '21

Posting here after a long time.

I wish to see snow in the first week of December. Himachal, Uttarakhand are the two states I have in Mind. Not looking to go to Kashmir.

Go to Chopta, UK. Less crowded/commercialize. Don't expect too much luxury and enjoy the nature.

Me too looking for such a place. But my basic amenities include running water in wash room and at least power backup for a heater or electric blanket in room.

Then you can stay at Saari village about 30 mins drive from Chopta with all the facilities.
