Macaroni with peas and shredded pork

Fry shredded pork till tender

Boil peas for five minutes and then add macaroni. I use just enough water to boil macaroni and get absorbed by it. Add fried pork after a minute.

After the macaroni has swollen up and is soft, put it in a bowl

Grate Parmesan Cheese. The quantity depends on how cheesy you want it to be.

Add some shredded Basil leaves. Mix well.

Top it up with a generous amount of butter. Cover the dish and let the butter melt in. In case you want the dish piping hot, microwave for a minute just before eating.

Plate it and eat it.
