Not really. If it is genetically modified, then it won't ever make it to the market or at least I hope it won't. Plus creating a market for a new type of mango is difficult.

Sorry that I do not agree.
Even if it not really good .... marketing guys will term it as ... say "Organic" ... "Tested at Foreign Laboratory"and price it High.
India has lots of people to fall into this gimmick.
