Are you going on Bus or own vehicle ?
If going on own vehicle then you can do it from 11 to 15 August 2019.
But the expected time taken should be 5 days to complete this yatra.
Assuming,
you will go on own vehicle.
Rohtak to Pathankot - 12 hours
Pathankot to Bharmour - 8-9 hours
Bharmour take some time to visit Bhramani Devi Temple at a Peak from city area.
Spend here your 5-8 hours.
Stay here and goto Hadsar next day as it is 15-20 km away.
Hadsar has No Stay options.
Only few Dhabas operate at Hadsar with basic beds and food.
You may be stopped for Registration outside Bharmour.
Keep ID and details of persons going with you.
Start trek in early Morning as soon as possible.
It may take whole day or more depending on your stamina etc.
As yatra is about to start in coming days, preparation will be going on.
No food is available except at few Dhabas of Hadsar Base, Dhanchho (6km), Sundrasi (12km), Gaurikund (18km)
Dal Lake (Mani Mahesh Lake).
No signal is there from Hadsar onwards.
Only BSNL works at places.
My speed is 1km per hour as seen August 2014.
There is good rush in start of yatra.
Better going earlier (as in your case) or after 5days of starting of yatra.
Last 4-5 days also have good rush.
