Mata Vaishno Devi in December 2022

Hi All,

I hope everyone is fit and fine!

We will be visiting Mata Vaishno Devi in first week of December. What will be weather conditions at Katra and at Bhawan.

I am suspecting rain (if not snowfall). Please advise if anyone has recently visited or plans to visit around the same dates.

It will be cloudy mostly.
Expect only some drops of rain / snow at top depending on luck mostly.
It may show some snow at Bhawan at night time only.
Weather will get clear soon even if it rains or snows at top.
Clouds will come & go will play in sky for sure.

If you want to see good snowfall move to interior hilly areas in Kashmir on Friday Night & till Saturday Morning.
Monday & Tuesday will see less intesity of rain / snow in Kashmir.

Returned home today morning. No adverse weather conditions except minor temperature drop in early morning and late night.
