By grace of God , got the chance of visiting Kartik Swami temple in Uttrakhand . The 3 km scenic trek to the temple starts from Kankchouri/ Kanak chauri . We kept our bags and had lunch at mayadeep holiday home in Kankchouri .
I asked the rent of the room and he said
2000 . There were a total of 6 rooms .
We had lunch there also , Dal , chapatis , aaloo gobi , dal , salad and the bill for 3 adults was 650 . They had a separate dining hall .
