Maybe Ford has the best customer service, or not? Got faulty tyres changed by Ford.

I too am facing the same issue. My front tyre got bursted and when I reached out to service center they said that it will not be covered in warranty. My vehicle is just 76 months old and I have driven only 5000km. Can someone please suggest what next steps should I do, whom should I contact to raise this issue at higher level. many thanks in advance.

76 months means that your tyres are out of warranty. I think, they cover it only for 5 years.

I am not sure any service center will consider it.

Mine got burst in the first year itself, hence I got them changed by asing Ford as well as the service center.

Please suggest me all the things that I can do. As of now the service center guys declined my request saying that it is not manufacturing defect and they can replace it

Well, of course they would need to do that. It is a matter of safety after all. It's still a nice gesture for free though.
