Hi All,
Recently I have changed my classiC 350 rear tyre with Michelin Sirac Street tubeless and had very bad experience because it's touching somewhere ,may be mudguard or swing arm . Asked to RE mechanic and he try to fix it by widing the mudguard and taken bike spring one level up. But still I'm facing the issue. Please help me what to do in this case. I'm really pissed of since I have chnchan the tire

Can you provide more details on this issue.
1. have you changed the rims to alloy? I am using the same tyre on my bike and never faced any issue.
2. have you tried adjusting the chain? if the tyre is rubbing at the front / rear of the mudguard.
3. does it rub all the time or under load only??

Thanks

I just changed the tyre and tried increased the rear shocker one level and widen the opening part of mudgaurd inner side but still its touching/rubbing somewhere.
Also Recently i have done the spoke tighten but not satisfied at all.
Its touching - rubbing in following cases
1: pillion riding - more on slow riding , less on fast riding
2: Single riding - very less on slow riding , nothing on fast riding
I can see the mark on tyre (which is due to the inner starting point of mudguard) . Its really frustrating. Please suggest me what should i do in this situation ?

I think you have a miss-aligned fender or you are on the last setting of chain adjuster.
Yeah, fender seems little mis aligned, newly installed chain socket long ago, since never did adjustment. So according to you I need to fix fender and chain adjust ( tighten) ?

So want to know how chain affect the tyre , i mean does bad chain can make tyre touch anywhere? Recently i have done shocker level increased , after that little rubbing decreased.

If chain gets loose with time,
It is time to change chain also as they take it to outer side with loosened chain. This is common practice.
Better check Tyre cover / mud guard also for bad alignment or some stone may have damaged it.
Take it to an expert and experienced mechanic

If the chain got loose then to maintain the correct tension we have to pull the wheel back, which reduces the gap between fender and wheel.
This might be a possible reason for tyre rubbing fender.
I am using same tyre for last 20K KMs and never faced any issue except grip :(
