As per master ji, it would be around 90 km. The route is badly maintained and will take a long time cover, likely longer than if you take the Kargil route and you won't find any help en route. Also this is bear country, so please keep that in mind as well.This may not be the thread to post it, but what is the distance between Sankoo and Drass via Umba La? Google maps doesn't give this route.
