Main jet is not 125 but its 130.

today i went to bajaj service centre which is harldly .5km from my place and enquired about the jet. They dont have it in stock. They noted my request in no stock register and said it will take a week time to deliver. He said he will check in other branches as well and if it is available, i will get it by monday.

@Mandar_C500 in the above pic, it is written as the bajaj discover 125 also uses 17.5 pilot jet. It is also ucal made. Hence can i use that as well?

This chart shows wrong jet sizes. P220 and P200ns share same jet size which is 15/115 (personally Checked myself)

I am personally using a jet from Pulsar 220 carb and it is 17.5. May be some version difference in bikes

I have bought a bs29 from bajaj for my ex avl 350 , which came with main 112.5 and pilot 17.5.
I still have those with me as i use the jets from bs 29 of tbts350. Only used these for 4 days.

I am located in chennai. I had contacted bajaj service centre near me and said they will source it for me. @Mandar_C500 just want to confirm pulsar 180 uses 17.5 pilot jet.I have bought a bs29 from bajaj for my ex avl 350 , which came with main 112.5 and pilot 17.5.

in your ealier post, you said you are using jet from pulsar 180. Can you please confirm which one is right, ie pulsar 180 or pulsar 220?

Yes theses jets from the carb used in p180 bs29, and i had same carb on my avenger 220. Earlier gen p220 also use to have bs29 but now the new lots comes with bigger ucd 33 as sanchit have mentioned.
I bought the bs29 from authorised baja parts dealer.
I you are unable to source it there the ping me the details i will see if i can courier it to you.

Here one of my mechanic friend told me that Khivraj bajaj which is biggest dealer of bajaj in chennai stocks almost all parts. Since due to workload, I was unable to visit their service center. I will visit them tomorrow and see if they have it in stock. If not, I will PM you if i am unable to source it. Anyway thanks for be willing in helping me.
