First time experienced delay in Indigo's schedule. Last friday my flight from Mum to Del was delayed by almost 2 hours. Instead of departing at scheduled time of 2030hrs, it took off at 2220 hrs and landed at T3 side runway at 0000 Hrs(Midnight), then it took almost 20 mins for taxing from that runway to T1D terminal.
But I understand it was the weather at Delhi which played spoilsport.
The same day my morning Del-Mum flight was cancelled due to Delhi's weather but Indigo adjusted me in next flight that morning.

Thanks Satish for your feedback on Indigo airlines. Delhi's weather is not going good now a days for flights and trains.
Foggy days might be for few more days...

Hi all,

I recently flew Vistara for the first time. I was about to book myself on another airline, which my office normally books for me. But my cousin suggested that we fly together to Delhi on Vistara. Since we’re rating airlines here, here are my two cents on my Vistara experience:

Punctuality: 4/5 (my cousin tells me his last Vistara flight came before schedule!)

Food quality and service: 4/5

Cleanliness and in-flight service: 5/5

Seating and leg space: 5/5 (This is important for me because I am currently wearing a leg brace)

Cost wrt offering: 4/5

At first, I thought the ticket was quite expensive, but I booked it because I didn’t want to feel like a cheapskate in front of my cousin! And now that I travelled from Mumbai to Delhi on this airline, I can say that I will not fly another airline so soon! I was delighted with Vistara in every way. This is what an airline experience should be.

Yesterday I flew from CCU to HYD by Indigo airlines.
For last couple of weeks we have read about Indigo canceling flights due to Engine issue.
IndiGo's engine nightmare: 3 in-air failures, 69 replacements in 18 months

IndiGo, GoAir cancel 48 flights as A320neo engine issue haunts airlines

When I booked the flight - I saw Aircraft type '32L'. I was not able to understand why this distinction existed. When I boarded the flight, Indigo had leased this flight from "Small Planet Airlines". The Captain and Asst Captain were Europeans. Lead Air-hostess was from Poland.
Small Planet Airlines - Wikipedia

Then I was able to connect the dots why Aircraft type was 32L, I checked with the crew and said this is flying with Indigo temporarily. This may be stop gap arrangement to ensure flight departures are on time.

Do they lease the crew as well? Very surprising...
