Tickets already booked for Goa trip. Will be reached on 27th August 2017 on Morning 6am.

Will stay up to 30th August 2017. and will leave goa Madgaon station on 8pm onwards.

I have plan to stay on Near to Baga Beach or Calangute Beach. I will opt for home stay or Budget accomodation. Total traveler is 3 adults and 2 kids. I am not prebooking hotel as i heard that in rainy season usually 50% discounts hotel gives on their room tariffs.

Day 1 Plan: Will hire a South Goa Tour and in evening spend day on Calangute Beach or Flee Markets Tour if any by activa rental.
Day 2 Plan: Will hire a North Goa Tour and in evening spend day on Sun Set Cruise and Sun down Cruise or Flee Markets Tour if any by activa rental.
Day 3 Plan: Will hire a Doodhsagar Waterfall Tour if not allowed at that time then hire a rental car and visit some other places like Vasco city Tour and Naval Museum, Goa State Museum, Reis Magos Fort, Cabo De Rama Fort, Harvalem waterfall etc.. and in evening Flee Markets Tour if any.
Day 4: Whole day spend on Anjuna Beach and in end leave for Madgaon Station.

Advice Needed???
=================
1) Good homestay with reasonable price suggestion or budget hotel near to beach upto 1000meter from beach.

2) What shacks will open in baga and calangute and anjuna beach? and where i should go for breakfast, lunch and dinner?

3) What special Goa Food, which i must try? (Not Overhyped Price)

4) What adventurous sports like Para sailing, Banana Ride should i go for and in which beach at rainy season?

5) Should i go for Divar island??

I don't think that any beach shack will be open by that time but yes, many eateries will be there.
Lot of udipi restaurants have come up now in the Goa which serves economical food.

In Benaulim, South Goa, you can try Johncy and Pedro shack as yesterday I found them open, even I had dinner and noticed they are running at full swing in spite of heavy rain.
Till August they keep opened or not that is a question mark.

Travel is the healthiest addiction.
You necessarily don't have to worry about shacks at Baga Beach since a lot of permanent structures have also popped up which are right on the beach.

Nice to hear that you found a budget accommodation. There is a convenience store right before Tito's on the Baga slope. On my trips, i pickup stuff from there for my breakfast and other needs.

I would recommend staying in South Goa rather than just visiting it within a day. South Goa is way better than than the commercialized North in my opinion. Palolem, Agonda, Rajbagh beaches are gems. If the weather is good, you can get a boat ride to Honeymoon island from Palolem beach and if lucky and the kids stay quiet [-X, you can actually see dolphins around the island.

Rosebuds hotel (9922179305) is a great option to stay at Palolem beach. Lucky Star shack is open 24/7 at Palolem and is right on the beach and offers stunning views particularly in the rainy season.

Kamlesh: 9923489583 is a contact to fix the boat ride in advance. You will need to start the boat ride early by 9-10 AM if weather permits.

I would recommend renting a car and driving it yourself rather than renting a taxi. A WagonR suitable for your group should cost you in the 1500 per day range excluding fuel. Roads in Goa are pretty simple to figure out.

I haven't heard about Divar island but very happy to hear that you plan to visit Doodhsagar waterfalls. It's amazing and the kids should love it provided they are courageous enough to get into the water which is filled with huge Catfish. :D:ANAL::eek:

Try Martin's corner restaurant if you can at BetalBatim. It's possibly one of the most famous restaurants in Goa and they say that Sachin Tendular visits the place each time he visits Goa.:confused::confused:

Armabol Beach is another great option especially the route towards it which is lined with beautiful bungalows and greenery along the way. :ctf:

I know south goa beaches are good and calm, but in off season time, i think it will be little risky for family peoples to go to remote areas. Maximum south goa beaches are no tourist or people during off season. In my 1998 tour i spend 3 days in Colva Beach, that is also a reason, i do not want to spend much time in south goa beaches.
