I can try to help you to some extent. What is that you are trying to do? Beaches or mountains or trekking etc

Since it is extremely stressful to drive in kerala it might be a better option to go by either Taxi or public commute. One thing to keep in mind is that July -Oct 2018 is supposed to be Neelakurinji Bloom. So Munnar and surroundings are going to be extremely crowded.

Are you planning to fly to Kochi and return from there?

This is something which I can think of but involves quite a bit of travel. Can be edited further.

Chalakudy to Valparai drive is something which is really worthy. Athirapally, Vazhachal & Charpa are all on the way. Sholayar & Poringalkuthu dam are also on the way from Vazhachal to Valparai. Route is through a dense forest. From Valparai you can get down to the Tamil Nadu side (Udumalpet) and drive to Munnar.

Lakkom, & Thoovanam waterfalls, Eravikulam & Chinnar WLS etc are on the Udumalpet - Munnar Route.

Munnar & surroundings such as Top station, Mattupetty dam etc

Munnar to Thekkady (Periyar WLS, boating etc). As of now Gap road is closed for some widening work. So drive might not be very scenic.

Thekkady to Varkala is quite a bit of drive with nothing much to see in between.

Varkala to Kumarakom (You can enjoy some backwater cruise).

Return to Kochi airport

Pretty close to impossible. I just gave a round trip option but you can try to remove a few of them (google can help you to remove few things which you do not find interesting). Me or some one else can help you modify it further.

Bengaluru-Kerala-Bengaluru will be via taxi.
If you are going to have the entire trip by taxi from Bengaluru itself, it can be modified a lot as you can enter into kerala through Athirappally or Munnar route itself .

This sounds easily feasible in 7 days
Attractions which can be visited
1. Athirapally & Vazhachal
2. There is a Sunset sea cruise from Kochi port if you are interested in a 3 hour journey in sea
3. Some of the beaches around Alappuza (eg. Andhakaranazhi, mararikulam etc)
4. Backwater cruise in a house boat
5. Alappuzha to Periyar drive first 20 km or so will be very nice (Alappuzha -CHanganasseri or AC road). You literally see water on both sides of the state highway
6. Interesting places around Munnar would be Topstation, Echo point, Mattupetty dam, etc
7. Eravikulam or Chinnar national park is on the way back from Munnar to Udumalpet. You also have Lakkam & Thoovanam waterfalls which are visible from road itself
