North East Itinerary in February'17

Hey Fellas,

In need of some tips from you all experience travelers.
I am planning a trip to north east in the month of February, from Delhi.
Seeking some help in choking out a plan for the travel.

Leaving Delhi on 18th Feb Morning
Leaving Bagdogra on 24th Feb Afternoon
6 Pax

Majoring want to cover lachung,yumthung,nathula,pelling(if i can in the desired time) :)
