There is a section - Areas and Check Gates. This lists almost entire Arunachal regions, so I am guessing they must have extended the Itanager only permit process to the whole state.

Yes this is the same page I was referring...
Thank god they have added Processing office earlier it was only Guwahati ..
Also they have added all the districts... Liked it.,, earlier it was only Papum pare (Itanagar)
but again here is a problem.. one can only pick 1 district for each ILP...

True.. they are earning a lot after all those progress also huge money on ILP on arrival in Airport also in Gumto and Naharlagun railway station.
Visiting paradise is getting expensive
