An update :

Delhi office is charging Rs.200 per head for ILP - to be paid through DD and ILP to be sent through post, as detailed in the beginning of this thread.

Last November I got ILP from Mohanbari...

I had to pay 15 rupees for ILP ..the surprising part is you can mention any 3 sectors (not districts) for 15 days .. and can be obtained in an hour maximum..

There are so many faults in ILPs... what do we mean by check gate... enter in one check gate explore entire AP and come back to Assam.. will taht be valid... ???

Issuing ILP from Delhi office by post is not being done any more. One has to obtain it either physically, or online.
