@rajk m

Apologies for late reply. i had not logged into BCMT, just saw your post yesterday night and decided to drop a note.
NO CLUTCH OVERHAULING may be needed in your Terrano.
Ideally Timing belt has to be changed in 60k km and once in Max 5 years. Do not take the risk of running it more on Timing Belt.
I remember Nissan Sunny one owner did not change it at 80k km service and after 2-3 km Timing belt snapped and Engine Failure took place.
First attention is that you replace the Timing Belt, Drive Belt and Tensioner Assembly. Below, you will find the Nissan part numbers which I changed. For quick reference:
1172000Q6M- Belt Fan & Alternator - INR 1410
1175000Q1GMK - Tensioner Assly - INR 2173
1680600QBB - Tensioner Assly - INR 7478
Labour will be approx. INR 4000.
On what basis you feel the Front Struts have failed? it is not operating properly or is it because of Oil leaks or you are getting noise? I was also told of same and I should have waited for it.
Change the Balancing / Stabilizing Rod Mounting bushes first. The Suspension noise should go.
Part of Nissan #
546114237R called as "Brg Bar-Anti Ro / Bushes Roll Bar [02]" - INR 688 is: [There will be 2 and each will cost INR 700/-], so in about INR 950 your problem should get resolved.
I believe you can run Suspension for another 10-15 k km.
Now coming to your Clutch, I am not aware of your driving pattern, whether in City or on highway where is the Maximum run? Have you changed the Gear Box oil?
If not then you change it, Grade is 0W-20. Part number of which you will find below.
Along with it change the Clutch Master Sleeve called in Nissan as "Transmitter-Clu [01], Part #
306106175R- Cost INR 3575".
I recommend doing this job at Nissan Authorized Service Center though you need to travel to different city. Call them and confirm the parts are available.
Let me know, once you have made the changes and let me know how your vehicle drives.
