Driver Seat, seat buckle was malfunctioning.
Also the hardware was not coming easily, when we attempted to replace.
Safety being priority, I replaced both Front Seat buckles, with Hardware and labour it costed me INR 5.3k.

Fitment (since hardware of Driver seat was tight, seat had to be brought out of the car and replacement done)

Bottom shield fixing screw left side due to battery water drain head got sheared off. Last visit to service center 1 screw head had got dissolved. During the current visit noticed another screw head had been sheared off on same side and I couldn't take further risk, as another screw lost had the potential to trouble me further.
Finally got the screws removed welding it to a gattu.

So I recommend to owners of all vehicles fitted with bottom shield in engine bay to inspect regularly and ensure it's properly secured.

My car completed 160 k km running and it's service was completed.
Labour cost at Service center has been increased drastically I have shelled INR 4300!! NO REPLACEMENT of any parts .
Nissan India has now finally taken stand not to wash Engine compartment following VW guidelines, I say it's welcome step. Instead of Wash recommended is Engine coating but customer has to bear the cost.

One of the important feature during 8 years of owning Terrano is Engine Protection guard and it has saved my car and my pocket on 3 occassion.
I am not in market to look for replacement but when I look for new car,.it will be one of the important parameters to pick a car.

I read an article that a flying stone from tyre hit Ertiga Petrol engine sump punctured it, oil drained and engine failed all in 6000 km of ownership experience.

During the last Wheel rotation and Balancing; the Front Left wheel 1 bolt got sheared off during tightening [may be fatigue and excessive torque applied]. So had to drive with only 4 out of 5 bolts. Need to get this bolt removed from Hub and look for new bolts. Calls for visit to Service Center in next 1-2 days.

Major expenses on car anticipated.
3 out of 4 struts need replacement.
So Suspension system replacement is scheduled in next couple of days.
Also I have decided to replace the strut mounting bushes which come with Rubber bush and bearing.
Also tyre needs replacement too.

76.5 k km is what the suspension over 4 years it have life.
The previous overhaul done was around 88k km mileage.
Shall keep posted.

I deferred the Major repairs for 4 months, as I was not planning road trips during this period.
So, I expect to do these in next 2-3 weeks.

It's monsoon time and having good wipers is mandatory thing for safety of car and third party.
My current sets of Wiper from Hella served me for full 4 years and one wiper needs urgent replacement.
So I ordered a set of Frameless Wipers from Flipkart at INR 379, yet to fix on the car.

Reason, I saw a YouTube video on cleaning the wiper and I tried the wiping quality has improved significantly.
Things needed:
1. Plain piece of Cotton cloth.
2. Rust removal spray Pidilite WD40.

Process:
1. Lift the wipers.
2. Spray WD40 on plain cloth.
3. Wipe the rubber blades with Damp portion of WD40.
4. Need to repeat this multiple times.
5. The cloth for sure becomes dirty.
6. The swipe improves and wipes become smooth.
