Never believe the unseen & unheard. All I have seen teaches me to trust the Creator for all I have not seen.
Kashmir is Safe & Beautiful.
*The itenary included :
Day 01 Srinagar - Shikara ( Dal Lake ) , Nishat Gardens, Shalimar Gardens , Tulip Gardens ( Closed in May )
Day 02 Gulmarg - Gondola Rope Way ( 2nd highest in the world )
Day 03 Pahalgam - Aru Valley , Betaab Valley , Chandanwari Glacier Point.
Day 04 Yousmarg - Local sightseeing.
Day 05 Sonmarg - Thajiwas Glacier Point.
We went through a travel agency so everything was already sorted for us.
Purpose was to celebrate my Parents 25th Wedding Anniversary :)

* Things to Know:
1. People are sweet there, they treat us tourist's like god.All the other rumour's are false.We are their bread and butter - as said by one of the kashmiri.
2. Dal Lake was maintained by Mughal Rulers During their time and it was their summer spot. People stay on boats there and have built their homes, they work ,sell ,fish on them.It is frozen for 4months in a year which then becomes a playground for the children.

3. Cleanliness is taking a toll in the rivers to keep them bluish,srinagar has developed quite well after the aftermath of flood in Jhelum river.
4.The Gondola Rope Way is a must go,it's located at a height of 14,000ft (2nd Stage ) as there are two stage's ,the first stage is around 7,000-9,000 ft,takes good 20 mins to reach the top,where there are plenty of activities like sledding, skating, skiing.
5.House-boats stay are a must.
6.The local kashmiri drivers are one of the best drivers in the world,especially when it comes to sharp edges.

*Not much of a writer, but just wish to share a message after my travel to kashmir , that it is really a beautiful place to be,and every Indian should visit once in their lifetime.It's the mecca of India. The Indian Paradise.*
*Let's try to spread the message as much as possible so that people get to experience the creator's magic and it'll help flourish the tourism in Kashmir.*
