Possible to take Wagon r for Leh Ladakh self drive tour ??

Want to know whether we can drive wagon r from Amritsar -> Srinagar -> Kargil -> Leh -> Manali.. ??

Which is the best time to travel by self driven wagon r for year 2016.

Yes wagon R can be taken to Leh and best time is around September.

Any special care of car before start the trip for terrains, Other than regular maintenance. I have 1 year old Wagon r .

Just check if under belly hits with stones, not much damage is done to it.
Keep Pump and Tubeless Puncture kit with you for emergency.

Tune car properly before 3-4 weeks of departure.

Very much possible if you are confident of your driving skill.
Ladakh has smooth roads in most of he region.
Lots of people travel in small cars in Ladakh...so can you.
September is preferred.
