Leh'd and how!
The account to which it was supposed to be transferred was quoted wrongly on the form. The account quoted on the form doesn't exist. Ideally it should have been canceled but Mumbai office says they have transferred it (to god knows where!) and Delhi office tells me that they didn't receive it since the account is non-existent.
