Pune To Kolkata

Dear Friends I am planning for a trip from Pune to Kolkata starting this Friday - 3rd Nov 2017 at around 1500hrs. We are 4 people travelling by Maruti Ciaz Petrol. It is a new car with only 600 km meter reading. I do have experience of long driving but max limit of 800 to 900 km in a day on a proper 4 lane highway. I need to reach Kolkata on 5th Nov. Before 6 PM.
I need help for this trip:
1.) What is the best route to take?
Google show 3 different routes
Pune - Lucknow - Kolkata
Pune - Nagpur - Kolkata
Pune - Hyderabad - Kolkata

2.) What are things that I should have / Carry for this trip?

3.) Any Routes that I should Avoid?

4.) On the Suggested route what are the best place to halt??
