Well continuing with the cooking thing, lets start with the breakfast for the day i.e Punjabi Idally-

Ingredients-
1. Rava/Sooji- 250 gm
2. Curd- 150 gm
3. Salt- 3tbsp
4. Eno- 1 sachet

THE LONE RIDER
We make it at our place using Eno,and must say,mixed with Punjabi Style tadka of tomatoes and Onions it tastes awesome.

Recepie-

Mix Sooji with curd, salt and ENO well and keep it as it is for 15-20 mins-

Take the mixture and place it in the case (saanchas)-

Add a bit of carrot over it for nice looks-

Now take a cooker and place 1.5 cups of water in it and place the idaliy case in it and close the cooker without the whistle attached to the top-

Cook for 8-10 mins and then take out the case and from it carefully get the idaliy out from case with the help of knife. Enjoy with sambar, coconut chutney and lots of butter -
