What all places you want to cover? You will require 2 days at least to and fro Chandigarh and more so the Fog effect will delay your drive. Jaisalmer, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Jaipur would then require 2 days each and 1 day minimum for Pushkar/Ajmer.

Rajasthan in 6 days is tough. You'be rushing around places and if thats your thing, you may follow the below. Before that, pleae note that a fourt tour could take anywhere between 1-3 hours considering how interested are you in "exploring"

1. Chandigarh-Bikaner: 550km. Go via Patiala-Sirsa-Patiala-Rawatsar-Pallu
2.1 Bikaner half day tour. Include Junagarh Palace and KArni Mata Mandir, camel farm too but thats too far.
2.2 Spend post lunch hours driving to Jaisalmer and Reach Sam Sand Dunes. Spend the night camping. in total about 400km of driving/riding for the day
3. Head towards Tanot-Longewala and settle at a hotel in Jaisalmer. If riding, make sure you carry extra fuel/water/eatables before hand. Its damn a desert.
4. Start the day very early with a visit to Gadhisagar Lake. Jaisalmer half day city tour. Include the fort, Some havelis (research online to see ehat interests you). Head towards Jodhpur at around 2. Total riding distance should be around 350km.
5. Half day city tour at Jodhpur. Nothing much to see here by the 5th day of the ride. The palace is nice and a couple of lakes. Head to Jaipur for a night stay.
6. Either leave leisurely for Home or checkout, explore Jaipur and reach home in the wee hours on day 7th. Around 600km of total riding for the day.

Rajasthan is a huge state with lot many places to visit, experience and explore.
If you have never been to RJ before, I'd suggest to keep it a relaxed trip and enjoy as much as you can in your short time. Stick to major tourist attractions like Jaipur, Ajmer and Pushkar.
Jaipur calls for good 2 days to explore it. It has so many places which one can't afford to miss!

If you wish to go for touch-n-go kinds driving roadtrip, go with the itinerary suggested by @torquedos .
Check you passengers age/health and look out for weather conditions, then decide judiciously.

And don't you see a train-trip as a good option?
It'll be much more convenient and time-saving option.
