Ramban, Drass, Sankoo, Panikher Acco ??

I stayed at the Drass J&K tourist bungalow in 2006, at that time it was being overhauled a bit. It might be a good idea to book in advance, since due to the low cost and fewer numbers of hotels (compared to Kargil) occupancy is normally high. Rent was Rs. 100-150 a night (don’t remember exactly).
Ps. the small dhaba opposite the guest house, run by Nawab Ali has decent food for cheap price.

Contact the J&K tourism department, they will either book it for you or will let you know the procedure. I don’t think you will be able to do it for Sankoo and Panikher and I think the guest houses at both the places has four rooms each (same goes for Rangdum).
