You can post more pics than 10 Pics per post.
10 Pics per post. make page lighter to appear fast.
This is the only purpose.
Nothing else.
If you want to post more, you can do maximum 50 pics (limit of forum software) per post also !

Index is of better use as it takes to the desired point.
@adsatinder ji.
My next travelogue will not be with INDEX, and I will post 10 pics per updates.
So that page will appear fast.

The narrow channel is wide enough to handle flood water, debris etc.
But any bridge can get washed away in such seasonal current and flow !

This was understood at places and they have made better roads and bridges on main roads with the today's technology after understanding many such issues. Recurring Damage cost is nothing now at such places.
Yes, this new bridge cannot handle cloud burst water flow.
They might make a bigger one in future

Well done. =D>

All mountain roads look dangerous from a distance, but they might be wide enough for vehicles to pass and hence don't look that scary at the time of travelling on those roads.

That was exactly my question also when I saw that photo for the first time.
Thank you @mousourik ji
I agree that vehicles can pass and won't look that scary. But you need to look on road only. If you look below, than little scary.

@adsatinder ji
"Who was coming here on 4 wheeler ?
For repair of slipped belt ? "

In that 4 wheeler workers of new construction road traveled for lunch.
And for repair of slipped belt , one JCB / Land mover was supposed to come and push the chain in its original position.

Some travelers who met me at Hotel Raj, Killar ...... went there on next day told me that .... they could reach till Ungtar Bridge and come back to Killar.
This stranded land mover was no there on next day.

Many of us lesser mortals (read I) can not think of making such a dare!, No, not the physical one, but the psychological attempt to ask wife to permit us for such a tour!! ;);)
