I can observe a few days which you are wasting, in my opinion.
Your plan should be:

Day 1: Ludhiana - Sangla/Chitkul
Day 2: Sangla - Kalpa (Cover Chitkul if not done on the first day)
Day 3: Kalpa - Kaza (Nako, Gue, Tabo)
Day 4: Kaza (Retrace uptil Dhankar & Mud, if suitable)
Day 5: Kaza (Kibber, Ki, Chicham, Gette, Trashigang)
Day 6: Kaza - Chandratal/Manali
Day 7: Chandratal - Manali or Manali - Ludhiana

Really appreciate your advise Ankit. Have to make stop at Simla being relatives there. Rest all depends upon Kunzum pass open or not.
If open than I may skip night stay at Nako and proceed from Kalpa to Kaza.
Will make stay planning in advance only for Kalpa, rest all is open tour.

By next week exact dates will be finalized.
As on today expected date to start from Shimla is 12th June.
No firm confirmation till now from any of my friends. Just assurances.
