    Hello All,

I will be travelling to Noida from Sambalpur, Odisha in the coming week (Date not yet finalized).

As per the input from @suyash_tripathi I have zeroed on the following route. Please find the google map attached, along with the link.

Only drawback of this route is there is no bypass to Agra to catch Yamuna Express Way.

Hope rest all will be fine. Will try to post a detailed review once I am done with the trip.
Please pour in your inputs as much as you can.

    Thanks & Regards
    Prabhanjan

Although I never travelled on this route, thus giving my opinion just by looking at Google maps.

Why don't you try the following route:

Sambalpur >> Jharsuguda >> Ambikapur >> Shahganj >> Allahabad >> Lucknow and then onwards journey would be an amazing experience on Lucknow-Agra-Noida Expressway. It'll also save your 200KMs and more than 2 hours!

My friends are regularly doing the 500KM stretch between Lucknow-Agra-Noida in 6 hours in a comfortable drive.

Roads between Sambalpur -> Jharsuguda is under 4 lane constructions so lots of diversions. Jharsuguda to Ambikapur is not in so good shape although quite old info. Abikapur to Shahganj not sure about current status. Also from Allahabad I can follow Allahabad -> Kanpur -> Agra stretch, so no need to go for Lukhnow. Will try this route during down journey if possible.

    Thanks & Regards

Both Kolkata-Noida and Nagpur-Noida are safe for night-driving. I have ridden part of the these stretches in the night. Here are my timings:

Do go via Nagpur>Chhindwara>Nasinghpur>Sagar>Noida, although it involves going through Nagpur. Don't go via Rukhad>Seoni as the ghat road is in very bad condition. The advantage of passing through Nagpur is, you can have good food in one of Haldiram's outlet and have good fuel at IOC COCOO in front of RBI, Nagpur. :)

As for me, i would avoid night driving in these stretches, more so when it has started raining.
