Rupin Pass in September

Hello,
A friend and I are planning a trek in India in early September (hoping to depart around the 7th). We are really interested in the Rupin Pass trek but are a bit worried that it's too early in the season and will still be monsoon. Does anyone have any experience of this trek so early in September? And if you don't think its feasible, any alternatives which are equally as scenic and challenging?

This trek is mostly done by professionals.
Which trekking company have you booked. They can guide you better as operation needs many trekking arrangements with permits etc.
