I have stayed at Sia La Guest House during my 2011 trip with family. Very nice small Guest House. If i recall correctly it has 6 or 8 rooms...
Owners are very good and carrying.
Guest House is located in small lane so you can not park vehicles there. Electricity back up is a concern...most of the time during our stay generator was out of order.
This year i am planning one / two nights in Leh again i am going to book this....
