Sorry for the delay in posting guys. My desktop was acting up. So, I had to replace the desktop, hence the delay in posting. As requested, below are the details of our driver and hotels we stayed in during our trip.
Contact Details:
Driver: Mingma Bhutia
Remarks: Very polite and always ready to help. Very safe and good driver. Love the twisties a lot. Never got irritated for our frequent photo breaks. Drives his own Xylo. I have also shared the picture of our driver at the beginning of the travelogue.

Pelling: Hotel Saredena, Upper Pelling.
Remarks: Rooms are very good but a little short on space. Bathrooms are clean and have geysers. Very courteous and cooperative staff. All the rooms have road facing large windows. On a clear day, one can get a great view of the snow capped peaks, sipping hot tea from the balcony.
But the food options are not very extensive. They prepare the food by themselves and it is very good and tasty.
Tariff: 1600 INR for a double bedroom (w/o AC). But have to negotiate with them for change in tariff.
Duration of stay: 2 days.

Ravangla: Hotel Rabong Valley
Remarks: Near Buddha Park. New hotel, owned by a bengali. Rooms are okayish. Since the hotel is new we got all new linen and woolen comforters. Menu is not very exhaustive but have to order in advance as they prepare the food in their own kitchen. Food was okayish, not great. Hotel staff are very cooperative but the manager was rude.
Tariff: 2000 INR for double bedroom (w/o AC). But we bargained and got 2 rooms for 1600 INR.

Gangtok: Hotel Tathagata
Remarks: Very good hotel. Rooms are excellent but the hotel is a bit far from MG Marg. But nonetheless, very good hotel with spacious rooms and good and clean bathrooms. Hotel staff are very cooperative. The food menu is exhaustive but the quality and taste is not that great, just average.
Tariff: 2500 INR for double bedroom (w/o AC). We booked 2 rooms for 2200 INR.
Duration of stay: 1 day.

Lachung: Kalzhang Homestay
Remarks: It was booked by our driver. Very basic home stay. We booked 2 rooms although rooms were spacious but not recommended. Food options are very limited. But quality and taste of food is very good. All the vegetables and poultry were from the owners own farm behind the home stay. Location wise very good as Lachung river flows just behind the home stay.
Tariff: 750 INR for a room. We had booked one double bedroom and one dormitory with four beds.
Note: Not recommended if you are with family, but bargain a lot if you have no other choice. Check the functioning of geysers, if they are working or not. As we found out the hard way in the middle of the night as one geyser was not working.
Duration of stay: 1 day.
