Sikkim, Arunachal, Assam and Meghalaya

Hi,

We are planning for Sikkim and close to 7 sisters around April/May. Not sure if is the best time. tentative places like to target:
Sandakphu circuit, east north sikkim, sohra circuit, tawang circuit, khaiziranga and some more places.

Initial Queries:
Is this good time to visit in terms of beauty?
Can we get to see all the places(most of them)? i mean are there any places which are shut during this time period?

PLease let know so that i can start planning.

Also if you can suggest any places(circuit) which we can cover?

Fyi: targeting 25days tour.

April/May is not good time for NE...
Rain will spoil your plan

Kaziranga used to close by April end.
Tawang roads must be quite dangerous and mostly inaccessible
