Guys can anyone give me an info about the comfort levels & speed of the AC sleeper buses running between bangalore & hyderabad (preferrably kesineni). I heard that the comfort is not at all good as in trains due to a few unknown factors.

Madhav, I'm amazed that you expect a bus to offer similar comfort to a train!
Do you really need help with this?

Can't comment on sleeper buses down South, but up here in North, they aren't all that good or comfortable. In fact a few of my relatives, who have traveled in them, prefer normal Volvo buses over these sleeper coaches.

I travelled in a Sleeper coach in Rajasthan, and had to travel all the way cursing my decision! The sleeper berths are too short in length for tall guys. And, each-n-every bone in body protests over the abrupt undulations on rough patches! Trains are better for a journey where you wish to cover it while sleeping.

I have traveled in Kesineni...... the comfort is no where near to trains but Kesineni is a good option over other sleeper coaches, due to their orientation of seats, especially if you have the lower seats......

I would still suggest trains and if you do have to travel by bus, take the normal a/c semi sleepers.....
