We decided to go up the mountain behind Key Monastery.

At night we went back to the road from Hikkim to Langza,
and at the highest point, set up the camera for Galaxy night shots.
We were there till 4:30am
then went to Kaza for some sleep.

DAY - 11, 30 May 2022.
Kaza to Chicham.
So finally we would head to Chicham,
with all hopes of not just see a Snow Leopard
but click it.
We were doing timelapse till 4:40am so got up late,
plan was to head straight to Chicham,
off load baggage in the homestay,
and head out for Ibex, Blue Sheep, Snow Leopard.
BUT on the way click the famous Chicham Bridge.
Kaza to Chicham.
So finally we would head to Chicham,
with all hopes of not just see a Snow Leopard
but click it.

Chicham up ahead,
some years ago spend 11 days here,
doing Drone shoot for Bedi Brothers
the famous international wild life photographers.
Plan is to come once again in Feb/Mar 2023,
exclusively for Snow Leopard in the thick of winters.

Got our room at the Homestay,

We had lunch, our guide came,
and we were off with our cameras
with hopes high.
Soon the guide took us to where the Ibex were grazing.
The guide has spotters who keep him updated about where about of wildlife.
