Solo Trip to North East and Bhutan - November 2018

Hello Fellow riders,

For a long time i always dreamed of bike trip to Bhutan & North East, and Finally this is happening . Please feel free to suggest a itinerary
that would be cover almost all good location, tips for planning, location. permits.

I will reach Siliguri on 10th November and start the trip on 11th November, i am planning to goto Bhutan first as it is close to Siliguri and preferably Ghuwati would be last location, as from Ghuwati I will flying back to Pune on 2December at 6.00 PM ( total 22 days, ). Following are the region that I would like to cover Bhutan, Assam, Arunachal Pardesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Meghalaya.

This is not the first long trip and definitely not the last one , i have been on my bike to Jammu/Kashmir, Nepal & Sikkim, Rajasthan, Goa & Kokan, South India.

You have good number of days in your hand.. but not much to cover all the places you mentioned...

Its a good decision.. from Siliguri enter Bhutan via jaigaon exit via Samdrup jongkhar.
You can explore tawang circuit from there.. Both Bhutan and Tawang might consume a good 10-15 days... depending upon your choice of exploring... once you back to plain from Tawang.. you have options like visiting some more parts of Aeunachal or Nagaland or Meghalaya. You can only pic a single option...

Thank you so much for your suggestion accordingly i have made changes.

Additional two days that i have in spare, one day I will use it for Paro and another one for Tawang (Zemithang-Bum la-Sangetsar lake-Tawang) .

I do agree it is hectic , it is because as of now most probably i wont get chance to ride here again. trying to make most of it.

Bhumthang, Wandgue Phordrang, Lhuentse. Trashi Yangtse, Trashigang, Zemgang, and Mongar are restricted for bikers. Can you please confirm if that's correct? @Yogesh Sarkar
