Why not? we did this circuit in Indica!!!
Anytime after Rohtang and KunzumLa open is good for doing complete circuit. (June onwards probably)

Great effort Rajiv ji. Some info need to be updated though.
Like in Powari, there is a petrol pump and a dhaba. Both Airtel and BSNL works in Powari. Jio works too.

Jio is working in some parts of Spiti now. By the year end it is expected to work in most parts of Spiti valley.
