If you have a smartphone with GPS, it would be a lot more accurate in measuring altitude than a watch with altimeter.
Having said that, I have seen G-Shock models with all of the above features for around 4.5k on various shopping sites in India.

I am not a huge fan of sport watches, prefer some more classic options.
At the moment i am looking at Richard Mille watches from Big Watch Buyers.
Those guys seem to have a very good reputation between the people who know something about watches.

Currently on the hunt for a new watch, and I've been browsing authentic Swiss watches on Mio online store. The collection is impressive, featuring renowned brands and lesser-known artisan watches.
