Great Log, the rain could not keep you from completeing your trek!!!

I have a small tip for keeping things dry. I always group items together and pack them in plastic bags and then in the backpack or whatever (like tshirts in one packet etc) as i too learned the hard way that there is no such thing as a waterproof bag!! Try in next time, but bring all the plastic bags back

Yes, we followed this.. And hence were in a somewhat better position than expected. The rain was so persistent that water even seeped through the polybags.
And of course, the plastic bags were brought back..
