Hi to everyone on the forum
My junior has made up his mind and has left his job and is going for an industry.
Now he is getting suggestions to take up the project in Shahadra
I am a little biased starting anything in UP due to my past bad experiences.
Its a cable industry.I want him to take up a place in Bawana or Narela.
Can you all throw some light on pros and cons choosing a safe place Between Shahadra/Bawana/Narela
Kundli seems a little too far but can be concidered
Thanks

Sir, Shahdara is still Delhi. Its not UP. With regards to Bawana, Narela or Kundli. Hardly any difference in terms of traveling. Though I would vouch for Kundli any day because of better connectivity of it. NH1 is any day better than the remoteness of Narela and Bawana. Easily accessible 24/7 which I think is very crucial in the initial stage of any business. Only drawback I can think of Kundli is non availability of electricity but then its industries all around there so this will not be an issue at all.

^Kundli is almost thrice as far from Central place in Delhi than Shahdara is.
For industrial setups, it is STILL The best and cheapest place in whole Delhi, barring remote Bawana, Narela area. Nearest to anywhere you want to go in Delhi, metro for your disposal.

Oops my bad!!! I wasn't considering Shahdara as an option cause Mr. Knightrider is little biased about it being in UP

The reason i am avoiding shahdara is that its too near the UP border. The crime rate ie thefts of raw material and extortion by UP gangs is a bit too high there. They rob and disappear towards UP belt in minutes. That way Bawana / Narela and kundli industrial areas are more organised. The rentals, availability of electricity and water and Ease of reaching there,Labour availability all factors are to be concidered

But The Copper Business is more in Shahdra Belt with Raw Material readily Available.
Now it is shifting to other states too.
Bawana is also good.
Only problem is Cash Transactions to be done in odd hours.
Narela is bit good with NH1.

Thats what is bothering me.Heard of copper getting stolen overnight let alone the ready consignment. How far will insurance help if thefts become a regular feature.I know many people who have shifted from Loni and nearby

You should plan to open factory where you can get raw material at low cost. BUT, personally I will recommend to open your business close in rural area so that unemployed person can also get job form your business.

I'd also think about the distance between your home and factory. It is much easier and more convenient to live not far from your work. I'd start by checking places in your area.

Many businesses work online these days. There are so many new technologies and tools which help modern businesses withe the everyday issues.
Microsoft teams whatsapp is one of them, perfect replacement of the mailing lists and cold calls, which were super annoying for everyone involved.
This way you also can be sure that all the information was delivered to your clients.
