Suggestions for Naggar & Manali Trip

Hi,

I'm trying to plan a trip to Naggar & Manali with 4 Days in Hand in last week of Sept'2019. Itinerary as of on planned:

1) Leaving from Delhi on 27th-Sep night in Volvo. ( I have a question here which one is better volvo (HRTC or HPTDC) when accompanied with Toddler , whats the difference actually..?)
2) 28-Sep, get down at Patlikuhal( as read in Yogesh Sir Naggar blog) and then from there to Naggar and relax the complete day.
3) 29-Sep, Check the Naggar view points.
4) 30-Sep, Leave for Manali and from there to Rohtang and Manali Temples.
5) 1-Oct, Manikaran and Manali mall road.
6) 2-Oct- Evening Bus back to Delhi.

Please advice on above Itinerary. I have been suggested by a local Manali guy that, do Manali first and then naggar but i'm skepctical as in the end i think have to catch a Manali to Delhi Bus from Manali only.

It would be a good idea to cover Manikaran from Naggar, it would be faster and shorter distance that ways. In any case, Naggar does not have a lot of sightseeing places, unless you are planning to trek to the waterfall.

I would suggest you to visit Naggar first and then Manali.

Are the taxis easily available from naggar..?

Also, i need to know which volvo will be more comfortable, HRTC or HPTDC..? Though i heard HPTDC has more leg room.

Taxis are easily available.

As far as the Volvos go, both are the same. HRTC has more service and starts from the main bus stand behind mall road. Not sure if HPTDC has more leg room or not. But I seriously doubt, unless the seating capacity is less.

Lastly, I believe both the Volvos go via Patlikuhal, right?

Very nicely stitched blog, sir.

About your suggestion, actually, I would be accompanied by my little champ and making to Manikaran on the same day would be hastened for him. As of now what I have thought of, do the local sightseeing on the first day, Manikaran on to next day and then proceed to Manali on 3rd morning. Plus, I have only 2 days for Naggar and planning to spend nights, each at Naggar Castle and Naggarville... :)
