Dear all BCMTouring Members,
We are a group 14 pilgrims decided to perform Char Dham Yatra this year and to do so your valuable guidance is highly solicited for successful completion of our Tour.
Our Expected Itinerary is as follows -----
Day 1 : Reach Haridwar by Train from kolkata and search for Tempo Traveler in convenient rate.
Day 2 : Haridwar to Janaki Chatti Night Stay at GMVN.
Day 3 : Trek to Yamunotri as early as possible and try to Reach Uttarkashi or its near by locations if time constrains, Hotel will be booked on spot as per situation.
Day 4 : Visit Gangotri via sightseen of Uttarkashi. Night stay at GMVN Gangotri.
Day 5 : Try to reach Tilwara or any convenient location to cut short the pre-trek day Journey for Kedarnath, hotel will be booked on spot as per situation.
Day 6 : Night stay at Trijuginaraya at GMVN.
Day 7 : Trijuginarayan to Sonprayag by our hired vehicle and to Gaurikunda by shared Taxi as available and start Trek for Kedarnath. Night stay at GMVN.
Day 8 : Trek down to Gaurikunda and reach Rudraprayag. Night stay at Baba Kalikamli Dharamshala at Rudraprayag ( expected spot booking ).
Day 9 : Reach Badrinath - perform darshan-puja and visit Mana Gram. Night stay at any convenient Hotels / Dharamshala.
Day 10 : Visit Joshimath and Auli. Night stay at Karnaprayag GMVN.
Day 11 : Reach Haridwar and Train for return journey.
Now, valuables inputs regarding the itinerary is highly solicited, please rectify where needed.
Few doubts regarding the itinerary --------
1. At Day 6 we like to stay at Trijuginarayan but is it possible to reach 'Sonprayag's Taxi Stand for Gaurikunda' early in the morning, 5 A.M., to start the Trek early in the morning.
2. Any preferred budget night staying location for Day 5.
3. Do we pre-book our Vehicle before the start of our Tour or it is better to book on spot. Any reliable tour Operator lending Tempo Traveler in budget.
