Hi BCMTians,

I am looking for owner reviews of Nexon and Altroz. I searched in all forums but can't find any.

Can you help me choosing the best from these two? Pros & Cons and everything in between...

IMO, for mainly city use, Altroz. If the usage is on the highways/hills/village roads mostly, then it is Nexon. Here is my ownership review of my 32 k km old-2018 BS4 diesel AMT Nexon. In these 32 k km, my Nexon has visited NE, Ladakh and Sach Pass apart from numerous inter city drives between Bangalore and Chennai. Yes, I am happy and satisfied with my Nexon. =D> :-D

@karun0035,
As per our Guru of Long drives @J.Ravi, I agree to the views.
I would like to say Pros-Cons of both

Nexon:
Pros:
  1. Ground Clearance
  2. Can be driven on Good and Bad Roads.
  3. 6th gear in Diesel

Cons:
  1. Exterior Look has familiarity to Vista
  2. Rear Seat comfortable for only 2 peoples

Altroz:
Pros:
  1. Refreshing Exterior look
  2. Rear seat can comfortably accommodate 3 people.

Cons:
  1. Low Ground Clearance, so on bad road one needs to be slow
  2. In Diesel missing 6th gear.
Depending on your driving pattern, you can choose between Nexon and Altroz.

Mainly I will use it for city drives and some long drives. I plan to visit mountains but that will be occasionally...

Having viewed some videos of Altroz's GC on Youtube, your statement holds true. One has to be slow while running potholes.

I haven't test drove Altroz yet, due to lock-down restrictions. Drove a friends brand-new Nexon and I liked the height. Will test drive her again but at a

longer stretch.

After reading everything (almost!) about Altroz, Tiago & Nexon, I chose Tigor from Tata's stable.

I planned to buy XM, but chose XZ!:D:cool:

I've not driven the vehicle to give a full-fledged review (waiting for HSRP!).

My fingers are itching to take the horse out on the open roads .... :ctf:

Congratulations on buying TATA Tigor
Here's a pic of Baleno car accident. Airbag opened up on both sides however due to impact Driver Airbag got dislodged and was lying on the Rear seat left side of the car.
Impact of the car, driver had slowed down but timing went wrong. Here's the pic of Baleno damage:

Thanks! I've selected Tigor mainly due to:

1 - Made In India
2 - Value for Money (I would've got Altroz base model above this price but minus dedicated trunk!)
3 - **** NCAP rating
4 - Stunning looks (Why would TATA launch a face-lifted version if it's not selling!). The 2021 trim looks stunning on road.
5 - 170 mm ground clearance! Now who would debate this ...

Oh boy!
that's a total loss  ...

However, I don't understand the context of attaching Baleno's pic here

Update - Got the HSRP installed yesterday but I've to wait to get the physical RC.
But, I've downloaded the soft copy of RC to Digi Locker on my phone and it's as genuine as Physical!
