When does the temple re-open post winter?

It is open all year round.
But during summers, it opens normally in May.
Though I went in 3rd week of April in 2018, it was very chilled place at night and in morning too.
Toilets were not working due to frozen water.
I went via Nohradhar and 2 whole days spent on trekking.
This new route is best for same day return.
