Some more pictures before calling it a day
Few tips
1. Don't do trek without sticks (They charge ridiculous caution money of 50rs per stick but still worth it).
2. Don't try shortcuts while trekking up, not worth the efforts and risk. Can try during return though.
3. It's better to reach Chopta in day, trek on the same day while leaving your stuff in car and taking stay in Tungnath rather for night than in chopta. That way, next day you can not only reach Chandrashila early morning but can return with proper views. For photographers, you would have heavenly view of stars during the night in clear sky.
4. Wait for evening to get parking near gate and for rest day, you can park it little before.
5. If want to stay in Chopta only then choose a place with open sky for star gazing or photography in night.
6. Don't think there would be any part of route which is plain, it would always be up and up. Don't rush any part of trek. Don't do trekking with any time target in mind. If it takes 4-5 hrs even, don't be worried, just don't make yourself breathless.
