Good to see that there is progress for Truck Drivers in the positive direction.
Initiatives like this will make Truck Drivers life better.
There are pros and cons of this system. But this is going to go in a long way to have our roads safer.

Trucker company like VRL and TCI can look into implementation.

GST /fast tag/fleet cards/tracking devices /quality 4,6 lane highways has brought ‘Achhe din’ to drivers & even to transport companies but lot to be done yet!

Even then
Network problem on highways is a big problem during Navigation.
Rural areas has much less internet supporting network.
