Date:- 21.5.2022, Day 4 :- Kullu to Jispa :-

As per golden rule of acclimatization , I had planned to increase height of my night stay place slowly. Hence I planned my next stop at Jispa. It is at 10,500 feet.
It was very near and I started for Atal Tunnel via Manali. After breakfast, I saw many people
paragliding in sky.

Suddenly I thought of going for Paragliding. At counter no 199 , I parked my bike and paid Rs.2,500 for paragliding.
They took me on a vehicle to mountain top, which was 12 kms from my parking place.

This tunnel connects Manali with Lahaul, and has been recognised as the world's longest single tube highway at this height by the World Book of Records, London.

Beautiful pictures and good tidbits of information.

Very nice "unplanned" decision to paraglide. Must've been thrilling to say the least. The bird's eye view of Beas valley is really stunning! =D>
