BCMTouring uses a flash based attachment uploader to help you upload multiple images in one go. However, these days, majority of web browsers are blocking flash plugin on webpages by default. This means the upload box you get, only allows you to upload one image at a time.
To fix this issue, you just have to enable Flash plugin for BCMTouring.com.
This can be done in Chrome by clicking on the plugin icon at the end of address bar, which opens up a dialog box.
Choose "Always allow plugins on https://www.bcmtouring.com" and then click on done.
Now you should be able to upload multiple images in one go.
